Acceptable Forum Content
While we do promote Free Speech, there are some restrictions to the type of forums we will host. We will not host any forums that discuss, promote, or link to any of the following topics:
- Warez or illegally distributed software
- Illegal substances
- Sharing of licenses, passwords, or serial Numbers
- Spam or mass marketing
- Harassment
Any website that is not legal according to the United States' laws will be taken down immediately.
Responsibility
- The forum administrator will be responsible for any of the forum's content; the administrator is expected to moderate the forum's contents.
Removal of Forums
- We reserve the right to delete any forum without the consent of the forum administrator.
- MakeaForum has the right to cancel any of it's services without any prior notice.
- We reserve the right to not provide a backup of any of the forums in the case of the forum being inaccessible.
Limitations
- You are not allowed to tamper with, hide, or delete the ads placed on your forum. You are not allowed to place any advertisements on your forum.
